FAQ

What happens after 20 hours?

You see the automation working and how many hours it saves. If you want to continue, your AI and innovation person stays with you from €290 a month excl. VAT. If not, you owe us nothing.

Who does the work?

An engineer from Palamed, an automation studio in Sofia. The engineer you talk to writes the automation. We have built systems for Bulgaria’s Ministry of Education and for private businesses.

Is my data safe?

We work only with the data the process uses, and everything stays in your accounts. If the pilot touches personal data, we sign a processing agreement before we see anything. If something cannot be done within GDPR, we do not do it.

Do I have to sign anything?

For the pilot: no contract and no payment. If the pilot works with customers’ personal data, we sign only a short processing agreement, because GDPR requires it. A contract comes only if you decide to continue.
