Our services

Palamed is a business automation agency. We analyse how our clients’ operations run, design and build automations and AI solutions, and support them in production. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of each engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement.

Quotes and engagements

Quotes are prepared per engagement and remain valid for the period stated in the proposal. Work begins once the proposal is accepted in writing. Changes in scope are agreed in writing and may affect price and timeline. Payment terms are set out in each proposal.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the deliverables we produce for a client become the client’s property upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how that we bring into an engagement remain ours, and we grant the client the license needed to use the deliverables. The content of this website is owned by Palamed and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Palamed’s total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update above. Changes apply from the moment they are published and do not affect engagements already agreed.
