Book a call

Thirty minutes with the engineer who would do the work

Not a discovery call with an account manager. You get the person who would scope and build the thing, and a straight answer on whether it is worth building at all.

Free, 30 minutes, video or phone, in English or Bulgarian.

An engineer walking a client team through a process on a whiteboard.

What the 30 minutes cover

A fixed shape, so the time goes on your process rather than on introductions.

  1. First 5 minutes

You describe the process that hurts most. We listen and take notes — no slides from our side.

  2. Minutes 5 to 15

We ask about volumes, frequency, the systems that hold the data, who handles exceptions, and what it costs when the process fails.

  3. Minutes 15 to 25

We say where automation would pay off first, what we would measure to prove it, and which parts we would leave alone.

  4. Last 5 minutes

A concrete next step with a rough size and timeframe — or a clear no, if that is the honest read.

Who is on the call

One engineer from our delivery team, and one of the two people who scope our engagements. Nobody on our side works on commission, and there is no second commercial call afterwards unless you ask for one.

It helps if someone who actually runs the process joins from your side — the operations lead, the finance manager, the person who does the manual step every Friday. They surface the detail that decides whether an idea is buildable.

What you leave with

  • An honest read on whether automation is worth it in your case, including when it is not.
  • The one or two places it would pay off first, and why those before the rest.
  • A rough sense of effort and sequence, so you can weigh it against other work.
  • A suggested first step you can take with or without us.
