Get in touch
Tell us what is slowing the work down
Describe the process, the volumes and the systems involved. An engineer reads what you send and replies with a straight answer — including when the honest answer is that you do not need us yet.
Replies within one working day, Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 EET.

Let’s talk
Tell us about your project
Tell us briefly what the problem is, and we will tell you how we would approach it.
What happens after you send it
No auto-responder sequence, no drip campaign, no lead score. Here is the whole path your message takes.
- Step 1
It reaches a person, not a queue
Your message goes to the two people who scope our engagements. There is no routing tool between you and them, and your details are never passed to a partner or reseller.
- Step 2
You get a reply within one working day
Usually the same day. The reply is either a short set of questions, an invitation to a 30-minute call, or an honest note that this is not our area — with a pointer to someone better placed.
- Step 3
The first call is a diagnosis, not a pitch
Thirty minutes, with an engineer on our side rather than an account manager. We are trying to work out whether automation pays here, and we will say so if it does not.
The questions we open with
- Which process costs you the most time or money right now, and how do you know?
- How often does it run, and how many people touch it on the way through?
- Where does the data live — ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, or an inbox nobody owns?
- What has already been tried here, and why did it stop?
You do not need answers to all four. Rough numbers you already have beat exact ones you would have to go and find.
